In 2005 he got into real estate himself, as an investor and landlord, learning the business property by property through the housing bust and everything after it. He earned his Indiana broker's license in 2021 and now helps buyers, sellers, and fellow investors do what he's been doing for two decades: make sound, numbers-first decisions in Northwest Indiana. Off the clock, he's a dad of two, a longtime adult-league hockey player in Crown Point, and a Hammond homeowner himself.
